• What If I Enter the Wrong Address at Checkout?
Contact us immediately if there’s an address error. Once an order is shipped, we can’t be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect address.

Factory-Made Jewelry: Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Custom Jewelry & Watches: All sales are final.
New & Unworn Rolex Watches: Returns are not accepted, as they would no longer be considered new or unworn upon return.
Preowned Watches: Thoroughly inspected, with all aftermarket details disclosed before purchase.

Absolutely. Our 5-step process includes a free quote, inspection (either in person or via prepaid shipping), final offer confirmation, and prompt payment via wire transfer or overnight check. We aim to make selling or trading your watch as smooth as possible.
